Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Arace Tech account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Shipping Labels

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
